Our PCA accreditation
We are also a member of the Property Care Association (PCA). The PCA is a leading voice in the basement waterproofing industry, and undergoes regular audits to demonstrate our adherence to the PCA's rigorous standards.
The PCA actively shapes the industry through the structural waterproofing steering group, where they develop best practices and set the bar for excellence. MJ Rooney’s director, Cormac Rooney, has served on the PCA board for numerous years further solidifying our commitment to upholding the highest standards.
Our ASUC accreditation
We are proud members of the Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors (ASUC). ASUC sets the benchmark for excellence in the UK basement and foundation sector. Through regular audits, they ensure we meet their rigorous standards.
Our commitment goes beyond membership. MJ Rooney’s director, Dermot Rooney, previously served on the ASUC board, representing the basement sector, and held the position of Vice Chairman. This involvement demonstrates our leadership and dedication to the industry's advancement.
